Canvas Experiments, 2024

A continuation of the previous year's Year of Collage, this project spanned over six months and consisted of 28 5" x 7" compositions on unstretched canvas. However, unlike the last project, these pieces generally included more pre-planning, less pre-made elements, and were primarily textile rather than paper. Multiple of these compositions included a more experimental element of animation frames that were best viewed when digitally composed into .gif files, which can be seen below.
